PRIVACY POLICY:
Please review our Privacy Policy, which describes how information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information.

PRESCRIPTION REFILLS:
We ask that your bring your medications with you to each visit. They will be reviewed so that we can check how you are taking the medications as well as reduce potential errors and drug interactions. Refills will be written at the time of your visit. Refills cannot be authorized if appointments are not kept because of the safety issues involved. We do not fill narcotic/pain medicine prescriptions after regular office hours. It is our policy to fill these only by written prescription (They will not be called in). Please do not call after hours or on weekends for prescription refills, unless it is a true emergency.

EMERGENCY NEEDS:
If you have an emergency or an urgent problem occurs when our office is closed, call our regular office number (582-6858). The answering service will contact the doctor on call. One of the doctors from the group is on call every evening. Therefore, for emergencies, it may not be your regular doctor returning your call. In the event of a severe emergency, go straight to the emergency room at the nearest hospital or call 911.

PAYMENT: It is customary to make payment for office visits at the time of service. Lung & Chest Medical Associates accepts most major insurance plans. Please call ahead to verify. [Co-payments, coinsurance and/or deductible amounts are due on the day of your appointment.] We also accept Visa and MasterCard.

Our NO SMOKING policy is strictly enforced!
We also ask that you not wear perfumed or scented products to the office as these products bother many people who have breathing problems.
